  Stayed at a resort many times, ordered pizza probably 20 times, never asked for plates, parmesan red pepper. Did not get it this time and they asked when i called if i asked for it, i have a hotel room what do you think. Never asked for it before was ok on the cool side 2 miles away...ill order caseys next time better pizza.

  Stayed at the resort and they screwed up our order. We called to ask if they could fix it. They were very rude on the phone and did not correct our problem.

  Orders 4 pizzas. They only delivered 3. Called expecting some sort of customer service but they said sorry and charged me full price for the fourth. Didn't speed up the order either - took another 45 minutes. The kids were already done crying and getting ready for bed by that time
